About the Beer at Langtoberfest 2026
We always bring a wide and exciting mix of beers — including many new brews you won’t have tried before. While we do our best to predict demand, some of the most popular casks and kegs may run out as the festival goes on. We plan carefully: every event includes a 20% oversupply of beer, which often leaves us pouring away unused stock (and we hate waste!). Even if one or two favourites run dry, there’s always plenty of real ale and great drinks to go around.
Refunds
We’ll issue a full refund only if we cancel the event. If you choose to cancel, we’ll refund your ticket cost (minus the online transaction fee) — but only for requests made before 18th August 2026. After that date, we won’t issue any refunds.

We have a field available for those of you who wish to stay over. It is a large flat field and it can take tents, caravans or camper vans.
There will be drinking water supply, toilets, waste tank and waste bins in the field. There is no electrical hook up.
Cost is £14 per unit per night. A small tent or awning along side a camper van would be included in the fee. You may park your vehicle alongside your pitch. Camping is available from Friday 18th September and the field must be cleared by Sunday 20th.
STRICTLY NO OPEN FIRES OR FLOOR STANDING BBQ’S.
There will be a designated parking area and disabled toilets are provided. There are no steps but this is exclusively an outdoor event and the ground can be un-even.
We will have a range of our own beers along with guest beers from other breweries. The full beer and cider list will be published nearer the time. There will also be craft lager, wine, fizz, gin and soft drinks.
All food is locally sourced and freshly cooked. Vegetarian options are also available.
Do not bring your own food or drink to the festival! We have you covered!
This is a family friendly event so children and dogs are welcomed. However, children are not allowed in the bar area and dogs must be kept on leads at all times.
