About Langton Brewery

Langton Brewery is an independent, family-owned brewery based on a working farm in Leicestershire. We’re developing a vibrant brewery destination with a growing taproom and events programme, working closely with the farm’s Christmas tree and other businesses to create a lively and distinctive visitor experience. We produce beer under two brands:
Langton – our traditional cask and bottled beers.
Partizan – our modern craft range, relocated from London in 2023.

The Role

The Head of Events & Marketing will take ownership of making the taproom and events business commercially successful — this is the core focus and financial engine of the job. You’ll be hands-on, entrepreneurial, and work closely with the Managing Director day-to-day to grow footfall, revenue, and reputation. Alongside this, you’ll support wider marketing activity across the Langton and Partizan brands.

This is more than a job — it’s a chance to help shape the next chapter of Langton Brewery as part of the senior team, with the opportunity to earn real ownership and become a meaningful shareholder.

    • Deliver a year-round calendar of events (music, food, brewery tours, festivals, private hires).
    • Grow visitor numbers, repeat visits, and profitability.
    • Oversee customer experience and on-site operations.
  3. Market the Taproom
    • Plan and execute campaigns to drive footfall and build a loyal audience.
    • Manage social media, email newsletters, PR, and partnerships.
    • Work with Director of Branding & Marketing to align creative tone and brand presentation.
    • Collaborate with Head of Sales and Head Brewer to coordinate product launches and promotions.
  4. Support Wider Marketing
    • Contribute to marketing campaigns promoting both Langton and Partizan.
    • Help integrate the two brands’ identities into a consistent, engaging story.
    • Develop clear, measurable marketing systems (content calendars, event ROI tracking).

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Have experience running events, hospitality, or destination venues
  • Possess a combination of acute business acumen and a passion for leading projects
through from concept stage to delivery
  • Are commercially focused — you understand revenue, margins, and customer
    behaviour
  • Have strong organisational skills and creative instincts.
  • Thrive in a small, hands-on entrepreneurial team where you can make a visible
    impact.
  • Enjoy building something from the ground up.
